This picture by St. Catharines Standard photograper Bob Tymczyszyn won the CP best sports photo of the month of June in Canada and followed this up by winning the CP yearly award. Bob had actually packed his equipment in the car, finished for the day, when he noticed Woods and Novakowski on the starting line. Having witnessed Friday's duel in the 1500, he decided to unpack and set up. This picture is a result of his serendipitous insight.
